Terms of Service

1. Services

Futurist Systems provides AI automation consulting, development, and related services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Engagement

Services begin upon signed agreement and payment of any required deposit. Project scope, timeline, and fees are outlined in proposals.

3. Payment Terms

• Consultation: Payment due before session
• Projects: 50% deposit, 50% on completion
• Retainers: Monthly in advance

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created for their project. We retain rights to reuse general methods and non-proprietary components.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client pays for work completed to termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in Valencia courts.
